Rushnell Family Services

The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Grant Thompson can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolences

Condolence From: Tom & Carol Sime
Condolence: Sending our sympathy to the Thompson family. Tom remembers Grant fondly. Grant gave him his first summer job. Tom also remembers the kindness that Grant extended to his parents, Tom & May Sime when they settled in Whitevale, having relocated from Scotland.

Condolence From: Louise Dawney
Condolence: Our lives are richer for having known Grant. He taught us to love a great cheese, savour good rum and to cook a perfect pot of porridge. I will always remember him with love and laughter...he was a gem. xo

Condolence: Our love goes out to the Thompson Family during this time of remorse. Grant was a very joyful and energetic man; he had that 'glimmer'!!
