FARRELL, Evelyn Grace (nee Bush) – It is with great sadness we announce the peaceful passing of Evelyn Farrell on Friday, October 19th, 2018, in her 98th year at the Stirling Manor Nursing Home. Beloved wife of the late Bernard Farrell. Daughter of the late Fanny and Robert Bush and stepdaughter of the late John Kane. Dear mother of Rick (Sandy) of Barrie, Shelley Adams (Kerry) of Hanover, Sharilyn Britnell (Don) of Belleville, Jeff (Natasha) of Kingston, and Sherry (Glenn Stephenson) of Marshall Texas. Predeceased by daughter-in-law Debbie Farrell. Also Survived by her sister Eleanore Bush of Stirling and her brother Doug Kane (Jean) of Stirling. Evelyn will be sadly missed by her 10 grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, and her nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the STIRLING FUNERAL CHAPEL, 87 James Street., Stirling (613-395-2424) from 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. on Monday, October 22nd, 2018. The funeral service will take place at St. Paul’s United Church, Stirling on Tuesday, October 23rd, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. Reverend Bruce Fraser officiating. Interment to follow at Stirling Cemetery. Special Thanks to Dr. Noronha and the staff at the Stirling Manor Nursing Home for their excellent care and kindness. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Paul’s United Church or Alzheimer’s Society of Canada would be greatly appreciated by the family.
