NELSON, Harvey Ross (1951-2018) – It is with profound sadness that we announce the loss of our beloved Harvey at Moira Place Tweed on Sunday, August 19th, 2018. Harvey Nelson, former resident of North Bay, was 67 years of age. Best friend to his beloved wife Karen. Loving father to Rob (Shannon) and Greg (Jen). Best grandpa ever to Reeve, Bennett, and Connor. He also loved his many grand-dogs. Son of the late Ross Nelson, survived by his mother Audrey Nelson of North Bay. Brother of Susan Stack (late Dave) and Judy Lewis (Bob). Uncle to many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to the caring, and compassionate staff at Moira Place in Tweed. Cremation arrangements entrusted to the Belleville Funeral Home & Chapel Ltd., 68 N. Front St., Belleville (613-968-5080). If desired, donations to the Alzheimer society would be greatly appreciated by the family. Following cremation, the family will receive friends at the Martyn Funeral Home, 464 Wyld St., North Bay on Thursday evening from 7-9p.m. Memorial service will take place in the chapel on Friday, August 24th, 2018 at 1:00p.m. If you know someone with Alzheimer disease, please spend time with them. #stillthere
