It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Art, on Saturday, March 4th, 2017 in his 90th year. Son of the late Harry & Margaret Christopher. Much loved husband of the late Phyllis Christopher. Art will be sadly missed by his son Doug Christopher and his wife Marnie, his grandchildren Evan, Geoffrey and Holly, his sisters Mabel Hart (late Elwin), Barbara Smith (Ron) and his brother Reg Christopher (Pat). He is predeceased by sisters Agnes Elliott, Clara Hinds, Mildred White and brothers Fred (Audrey), Albert, George, Harry and Edward (Violet). Friends are invited to call at the BELLEVILLE FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL LTD. 68 N. Front St. Belleville (613-968-5080) on Tuesday from 7-9 p.m. Funeral Services will be held in the chapel on Wednesday March 8th, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Interment Elmwood Cemetery. If desired, donations to the Belleville General Hospital Foundation or charity of choice are appreciated.
