Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Marion Tasker can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

TASKER, Marion Helen (nee Gardner)
November 9th, 1927 - September 28th 2015. It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mom at the age of 87. Marion was predeceased by her loving husband Glen Tasker in 2011 and her precious granddaughter Jennifer Bugg in 2011. She is survived by her children Doug (Linda Martin), Sharon (Gary Bugg), Joyce (Bob Armer) and Paul (Linda Hartley). Marion will be missed by her grandchildren Heather McCracken, Kim Tasker (Rod Rowe), Skyelar Tasker, Amy Bugg, James Pettingill (Elizabeth Dearborn) and Christie Pettingill (D’Arcy Munn). Great grandmother of Joshua and Colin McCracken and Laila and Charlie Pettingill. A Legion Service will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 100, Brighton on Thursday, October 1st, 2015, at 1 o’clock. Anyone wishing to make a donation in Marion’s memory is asked to consider the Royal Canadian Legion, Brighton Branch 100. Arrangements in care of the Brighton Funeral Home (613-475-2121).
