The Memorial Candle Program has been designed to help offset the costs associated with the hosting this Tribute Website in perpetuity. Through the lighting of a memorial candle, your thoughtful gesture will be recorded in the Book of Memories and the proceeds will go directly towards helping ensure that the family and friends of Susan Kotel can continue to memorialize, re-visit, interact with each other and enhance this tribute for future generations.

Thank you.

Condolence From: Cally Martin
Condolence: Our sincere condolences from the Regional Stroke Team at Kingston Health Sciences Centre. Sue worked with us as the first Stroke Prevention Clinic nurse at QHC when the Clinic opened. She put a lot of important processes in place that still continue to help to prevent stroke. We had the privilege of working with Sue for many years as a leader at QHC. We will miss Sue's warm smile and her compassionate care. (She also made a good martini!) She was a great nurse and we wish her family strength during this difficult time. We'll miss Sue. - Cally and the Regional Stroke Team.
