PALMER, William "Bill" Kenneth – It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of William "Bill" Palmer on Saturday, April 22nd, 2023, in his 87th year. He passed away at home surrounded by his loved ones.

Beloved husband of Sandra (Royle) Palmer. Together they were happily married for 65 years. Son of the late Harry and Ivy Palmer. Treasured father of four beautiful children, Tina (Mike); Tim (Lorrie); William (Cathy); and sadly predeceased by his daughter, Lucinda. Cherished grandfather to eight grandchildren, sadly predeceased by his grandson, John Anthony. Bill was an equally proud great-grandfather to ten great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his two siblings, Gary and Karen. He will be forever in the hearts of his many nieces and nephews, as well as his extended family and friends.
Bill was employed by Bakelite (Union Carbide) for 28 years and in his retirement, he worked part-time for the Ontario Provincial Police, and Hastings Prince Edward District School Board.
