Passed away suddenly on Sunday, April 30th, 2023, in his 60th year. Husband of the late Linda Moriarity. Dear son of Susan Bartley-Graves and the late Ronald Bartley Sr. Step son of the late Douglas Graves. Loving father of Cindy (Stephane), and Rio (Jazzmine). Step father of Gerald. Beloved brother of Lillian (Bob), Ronalda (Dale), Jeanette (Kelley) Cathy and Ron (Sharon). Cherished by many nieces and nephews. Cherished grandfather and friend. Todd will be missed by his community and close friends of Peterborough as well as his family and friends of Belleville. A Memorial Service will be held at RUSHNELL FUNERAL HOMES - BELLEVILLE, (80 Highland Ave .613-968-5588) on Saturday, May 13, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to service, reception to follow service.
