MANDELL. Shirley Frances – It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Shirley at the Belleville General Hospital on Saturday, October 12th, 2019 at the age of 83. Daughter of the late Michael and Fanny Skwarchynski. Beloved wife of the late Leonard Mandell (2012). Dear mother to Sandra Mandell and Cynthia Maroulis. She is pre-deceased by her siblings Jean, Adeline and Sonny. Shirley will be missed by her grandchildren Joseph and Hannah, and great-granddaughter Sofia. In keeping with her wishes, cremation has taken place and a private graveside service will be held at a later date.
