HORNER, Joyce Roxane - It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Joyce Horner on Sunday, February 12th, 2023, in her 63rd year. Loving daughter of the late Ross and Evelyn Horner (nee Lisk). Dear mother to Ronald and proud grandmother to Dahlia. Survived by her siblings Nora (Jim), Bevett (Michelle), and Mike. Joyce will be greatly missed by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and her dogs Willow and Sammy. The family would like to extend thanks to Dr. Chooback and the oncology nurses.
