BARTLETT, Joyce Marjorie – born January 1, 1948, passed away at Hospice Quinte surrounded by family, on Monday, January 30, 2023. Joyce was the daughter of the late Marjorie  (Cherry) Akey and Jack Akey, and father John William Owens. Loved mother of Yvette (nee Bartlett) (Nick) Norman of Ashton, Kim Bartlett of Bowmanville, Tammy (nee Bartlett) Patrick of Trenton, and previously deceased by Darlene Bartlett. Ever remembered by three grandchildren: Kiana, Hailey and Logan. She taught us great strength, courage and bravery in her long battle with Cancer. In this family no one fights alone!!  Team Jojo
