Peacefully entered into rest after a long battle with Parkinson’s Disease on Saturday, March 20th, 2021 at the Hastings Manor Long Term Care Facility, Belleville. Rick Locke of Belleville died at the age of 79. He was the son of the late George & Rosa Locke (nee Summers) and the beloved husband for 55 years to Joanne (nee Prebble). Rick was the loving father of Susan Dudgeon, and Steven Locke, both of Belleville. He was the dearest grandfather of William and Madison. Rick is survived by his brother Tom Locke (Karen) of Burlington, his favourite aunt Eunice Ford of Belleville and he will be fondly remembered by his many nieces, nephews and so many graduates of Quinte Secondary School. Rick enjoyed so many different sports, including Baseball, Football, Basketball, Golf and was able to enjoy traveling in later years all over the world with his beloved Joanne.

Mr. Locke is resting at the John R. Bush Funeral Home, 80 Highland Avenue, Belleville (613-968-5588). A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at the Belleville Cemetery. A Memorial Service and Celebration of Rick’s Life will be held at a later date.
