Condolence: I just recently learned of Bill's passing. I am incredibly shocked. I went to high school with him and knew him as a funny, gentle soul. I hope he is happy wherever he is now.

Condolence: I am deeply saddened by the untimely passing of Bill. I always considered him to be a good friend and we had some incredible discussions over the years. Bill had this special gift of being able to meaningfully reach out to young people who were in crisis. He assisted many youth over the years and had a positive impact on their lives. No doubt that he turned many wayward young people’s lives around. For that, I thank him. He shall be missed and remembered . May he Rest In Peace.

Condolence: I grew up on Foster Avenue and Bill was one block over on Burnham. I have fond memories of Bill coming over to play in my fort that my Dad built. Bill had a great arm for throwing chestnuts and water balloons when we battled the neighbour kids! When I moved back to Belleville after many years away, Bill was the first person I ran into that I knew. He recognized me first and came right over and started chatting. I've run into him many times since and he always had a few minutes to talk about old times. It is with a very heavy heart that I realize I won't be running into him anymore. I am very sorry for your loss.
